By creating a Set&Seek account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Set&Seek.

Who can use Set&Seek

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. One account per person, and the information on your profile must be accurate and about you.

Community rules

No harassment, hate, nudity or sexual content on video dates, impersonation, scams, solicitation, or sharing anyone's private information. Breaking these rules can end your account without a refund.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Website subscriptions are billed by our payment processor; purchases made inside the iPhone app are billed by Apple and follow Apple's refund policy.

Your content

You keep ownership of your photos and messages. You give Set&Seek permission to store and show them inside the service so the app can work.

No guarantees

Set&Seek introduces people; we can't guarantee matches, behaviour, or outcomes. Use your own judgement, and read our safety guidance before meeting anyone in person.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put other people at risk.
