My video date won't start

Set&Seek needs permission to use your camera and microphone. Check your browser or phone settings, close other apps using the camera, and reload the date.

Cancelling a subscription

If you subscribed on the website, you can cancel from your profile. If you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad, cancel in your Apple account subscription settings — Apple manages that billing.

Reporting someone

Open their profile or your chat and choose report. Tell us what happened and we'll review it. In an emergency, contact local emergency services first.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from your profile settings at any time. Your profile, photos, matches, and messages are removed.
